As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and driving efficiency in government accounting. As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will:
- Perform advanced professional accounting duties related to government accounting, primarily in Accounts Payables and Account Receivables.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on financial documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Supervise the preparation and processing of financial documents related to the accounting process of the assigned function(s).
- Prepare routine to complex reports and analysis as required.
This position is a hybrid-remote position in Utah. Must be able to come into the UTA FrontLines Headquarters in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.
During training, you will be required to work 5 days a week from the office. After training, your schedule can shift to a hybrid schedule of 5 days a week, with at least 3 of those days in the office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Four years accounts payable/accounts receivable experience applying knowledge of proper accounting procedures, including two years in a lead role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting/Finance, or other related fields.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Knowledge of specific laws, ordinances, and regulations governing reporting required including an understanding of GAAP principles of revenue and expense recognition.
- Knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards accounting software preferred.
- Basic typing skills and knowledge of personal computer operation, including advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to:
