JOB SUMMARY
Manages UTA’s TOD program including long and short-term strategy, project development and review, coordination with cities and other external stakeholders, management of development partner relationships, and supervising TOD staff. Evaluates proposals and negotiates agreements. Ensures compliance with UTA policy and local, state and federal regulations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Finance, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or other related field required. Master’s Degree or certifications in Urban Design, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related fields are preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Five years progressively responsible experience in business and real estate development, to include property development, project planning, and real estate finance and financial analysis. Two years working with government entities regarding economic development issues and real estate matters. Three years managing project teams or supervising staff is required.

Pay Range: $99,000.00 or more depending on experience.
