Job Summary

Provide clerical support as needed to the Frontlines Headquarters which includes front desk coverage assistance, mail delivery assistance, document scanning, filing, data entry, copying, and assisting with recycling.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Attended or attending high school; diploma is not required.

  • Must be at least 18 years old or older.

 EXPERIENCE.

  • Ability to work in a variable environment. Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook. Ability to frequently lift mail or other light items. Ability to read and write.

    This job requires regular and predictable attendance.

An equivalent combination or relevant education and experience.

Pay Range: $16.827 to $19.471 per hour.
