MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/TRAINING
Associates Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience. Course work in office management, business administration, and clerical support preferred. Type 40 words per minute.
EXPERIENCE
Four years in office management with substantial experience in office coordination between departments and multiple divisions. Experience with computer-based inventory control systems. Must be well organized, with analytical skills, and have the ability to identify issues and problem-solve. Demonstrated ability to exercise resourcefulness and initiative in accomplishing tasks. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge:
- Office procedures
- Electronic filing system
- JD Edwards preferred
Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Well organized
- Analytical skills
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range: $24.760 - $28.365 per hour depending on experience
