JOB SUMMARY

Provides expertise to develop and improve the Fare’s department current analysis, modeling, and reporting processes to foster revenue growth, enhance management insights, and ensure compliance with the Fare Policy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 EDUCATION/TRAINING: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration /Management, Finance, Statistical Analysis, or related field

 EXPERIENCE: 

Minimum four to six years’ professional experience developing, implementing, and managing projects, including oversight of budgets, project performance, and revenue development. Advanced knowledge in data analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, and product pricing preferred. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar software preferred. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning, market research, and business process improvement. Experience facilitating meetings and presenting complex information in a professional setting. Knowledge of federal, state and local laws to meet ADA, Title VI, and local law requirements.

 Skills:

  • Business analyst skills including analytical thinking and problem solving, being detail oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy, oral and written communication skills, processes modeling and cost benefit analysis.
  • Program development skills including communicating with multiple stakeholders, promoting, and selling program to potential partners, facilitating shared direction and consensus decision-making, creating collaborative groups, and documenting and formalizing.
  • Program and project management skills including creating procedures, establishing goals and targets, directing the work of others, budgeting, performance measurement, program evaluation and improvement.

Pay rate: $69,000.00 negotiable depending on experience.
